You are your company’s bottleneck: everything goes through you, your days are cut into thirty-minute slices and you work in the evenings to get anything done.
We work on what only you can decide, on what you can delegate right now and on how to protect two half-days a week.
Meetings follow one another, overrun and end without a clear decision. The same topics come back every week.
With the team, we sort the recurring meetings, cut some, write a format for those that stay and set up a simple decision rule.
A practical half-day, in-house, for eight to twelve managers: “Running short meetings” or “Deciding in writing”. Exercises on your real meetings, materials for everyone.
Fee: €1,200 excl. VAT per half-day, travel included in Lyon and the Rhône area.

Frequently asked questions
Before we start
Do you work remotely?
Yes, for leadership coaching and some workshops. The diagnosis takes place on site: you can only really measure a meeting by attending it.
Can this be funded?
Training can be funded by your skills operator, depending on your sector. I provide the programme and agreement you need.
What if nothing changes?
The 90-day review is planned from the start. If time spent in meetings has not fallen, I come back for a day, free of charge, to understand why.
