Fewer meetings, clearer decisions
I help small-business leaders take back control of their diaries and their teams’: short meetings, written decisions, priorities that hold.

Three ways to work together
The diagnosis
Two days to measure where your time goes, with a report and costed priorities.
Useful meetings
Six weeks to rethink the team’s rituals, one workshop at a time.
Leadership coaching
Three months alongside the leader to delegate, decide and protect their time.
Measure first, change second
Before changing anything, I spend two days with you: I sit in on your meetings, review your diaries and interview six to eight people. You then know, with figures to back it up, where the team’s time goes.
Then we change a few things, but for good: a meeting format, a decision rule, a priorities board. Ninety days later, we measure again.

What clients say
We had nineteen recurring meetings a week. Seven remain, all shorter, and I have never been better informed.
Inès put her finger on what nobody dared to say: I was taking back every decision. Three months later, I go on holiday without my laptop.
The one-page memo replaced our Monday meetings. We decide faster, and everything is written down.
Ideas to try on Monday

Delegating without taking it all back
You delegate, then take back control at the first deviation. A simple five-level scale to say clearly what you are handing over.

The 25-minute rule
A one-hour meeting almost never contains an hour of work. Here is how to bring it down to twenty-five minutes without losing anything.

The one-page memo
Half of all meetings are held to make a decision that could be made in writing, in ten minutes of reading. Here is how.
