Twelve years organising factories, before organising diaries
An engineer by training, I ran production teams before setting up my practice on the slopes of La Croix-Rousse.

“A meeting that produces no decision is one meeting too many”
For twelve years, I ran operations for a technical textiles manufacturer in Villeurbanne. I learnt there that a factory stops when decisions are late, and that one meeting too many costs as much as a broken machine.
In 2016, I set up my practice to help small businesses achieve what I had finally achieved in my own team: short meetings, written decisions and a leader who can go away for a week without everything grinding to a halt.
